Roll Benders

A roll bender (also known as a slip roll or profile roller) works by passing a piece of metal—such as tubing, pipe, flat bar, or rod—through an adjustable arrangement of three rotating steel rollers to gradually curve the material into a smooth, continuous arc or circle.

In metal fabrication and pipe bending, the three most common types of bends are 90-degree bends, offsets (or kick bends), and saddles (or three-point/four-point saddles) used to navigate around obstacles.

That question seems to reference fictional bending powers from shows like Avatar: The Last Airbender rather than metal fabrication — in real-world roll bending, the riskiest technique is attempting to force too tight a radius or too much material through the rollers at once, which can cause kickback, pinch-point injuries, or material failure under stress.
