Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as we receive your order, our system automatically contacts our warehouse to confirm inventory availability and prepare your order for shipment.
At Iron Line Tools, we understand the urgency of receiving your order promptly. If an item is delayed beyond our standard handling time of 1–3 business days or transit time of 1–5 business days, we will notify you with an updated delivery estimate.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If you notice visible damage, note it with the carrier at delivery or refuse the shipment.

If you accept delivery, you must immediately take clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or product.

Missing Items
While we work hard to ensure all orders are complete and accurate, mistakes can occasionally occur. If an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our customer service team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on its processing status.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum processing time (up to 3 business days) and maximum delivery time (up to 8 business days) have passed, please allow an additional 2 business days for delivery.
