Key Information

  • 30-Day Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date, as recorded by the shipping carrier.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Items NOT Eligible for Return Include:

  • Used, opened, & assembled items

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Clearance, custom-made, or made-to-order products (including custom upholstery)

  • Items returned without prior Return Approval

  • Castaly Products

  • New Condition: The item(s) must be unused, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

How to Return an Item

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help:

  1. Damaged on Arrival:
    • Note the damage with the delivery carrier, take photos, and email us at info@ironlinetools.com on the day of delivery.
    • We will arrange and cover return shipping and send a replacement.
  2. Incorrect Items:
    • Email us with your order number and details of the issue.
    • We will arrange for return shipping and send the correct item(s) at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@ironlinetools.com. We will process cancellations before the order is shipped.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact us at info@ironlinetools.com. Our team will assist with the process, including arranging return shipping for the original item.
