If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@ironlinetools.com. Our customer service team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on its processing status before it is shipped.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the Contiguous United States. Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST. Order handling takes 1–3 business days, and transit time is 1–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time is between 2–13 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
If the maximum processing time (3 business days) and delivery time (10 business days) have passed, please allow an additional 2 business days for delivery. If your order has still not arrived, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate further.
📦 Returns, Refunds & Damages
We offer a 30-day return period from the delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition with no visible signs of wear, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items NOT eligible for return include: used/opened/assembled items, clearance/custom-made products, and Castaly Products.
We do not charge restocking fees! However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once you contact us to initiate a return, our team will provide you with detailed instructions.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier or refuse the shipment. Take clear photos and email them to info@ironlinetools.com on the day of delivery. We will arrange and cover return shipping and send a replacement or the correct item at no extra cost.
