Shipping & Delivery Policies
We offer Free Express Shipping on every single order. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees.
Currently, we provide free shipping exclusively to customers located within the Contiguous United States.
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST.
Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 1 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery: 2 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday)
We utilize reputable carriers including FedEx, UPS, First Class Priority Mail, and specialized freight carriers for oversized heavy machinery. You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
We offer a 30-Day Return Period. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be in new, unused condition with no visible signs of wear, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
No. We do not charge restocking fees, and we cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label along with detailed return instructions once you contact us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), approved refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method within 7 business days. We will notify you via email of your return status throughout the process.
If an item arrives damaged, please note it with the delivery carrier immediately or refuse the shipment. Take clear photos and email them to info@ironlinetools.com on the exact day of delivery. We will arrange return shipping and send a replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.
