- Electronic variable speed controls a wide range of operating speeds, with digital RPM readout in forward or reverse rotation modes. Magnets on back of the corded control box allow it to be placed anywhere easily accessible to turners for quick controlling of the lathe speeds or emergency stopping
- Lathe features a motorized sliding bed that extends the capabilities of the lathe with a turn of a dial. Spindle capacity increases from 20" up to 40" long! Diameter swing also increases from 23-7/32" to 31-1/4"!
- The 3-step pulleys and control box dialing make setting working speeds anywhere from 20 RPM to 3,850 RPM. Changing belt positions is easy with front of the lathe access doors and a cam lever system to loosen or tighten motor tension
- Heavy cast iron and steel beds, headstock, tailstock, tool rest and leg stand all reduce vibration when roughing stock for final shaping
- 36 Indexing positions allow extra details to be accurately applied to work
- Heavy steel legs include brackets for installing one or two shelves to store your turning tools and supplies
- Includes stand, spur center, live center, faceplate, tool rest, knock-out bars, wrenches and tool holder
