50-310 Highlights
- 1/2 HP motor provides great power for sanding. Motor is 120V, 4 amp and operates at 10,000 RPMs with reduction gearing to operate the sanding belt at 1,565 FPM and the sanding spindle at 2,000 RPMs for best sanding action
- Metal table measures 16" x 15-3/4" and has a front section that tilts, so the motor driven belt or spindle will sand project angles from 90 to 45 degrees to the table for reliable edge sanding of projects
- Machine includes a Belt Sanding attachment that drives 4" x 24" abrasive belts at 1,565 FPM and the belt also oscillates 5/8" up and down 58 times per minute. This oscillation spreads the wear on the belt for longer cutting action
- Included are 5 spindle diameters - 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2" for mounting abrasive sleeves. Each sleeve is 4-1/2" long. Spindles also oscillate 5/8" at 58 times per minute to spread the wear on the spindles for longer cutting action
- Includes 5 table inserts - 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2" for spindle sanding
- Includes a standard 38mm (1-5/16" I.D. or 1-1/ 2" O.D.) dust port for use with dust collectors
- On/Off switch has removable safety tab for extra security against unauthorized use
- Accessories also include a miter gauge, wrench (10/13mm) and user manual
