- 7" Weintek HMI Interface: Offers intuitive, low-voltage command over the automatic cycle, easily programming the lower roll ascent, rolling action, descent, and cycle stop.
- Dual-Stage Roll Adjustment: Features an electric jack screw box for precise pre-set positioning of the lower urethane roll, while hydraulic pistons deliver the final high-pressure working stroke.
- Cantilevered Shaft Design: Both the lower roller and top mandrel extend outward from the machine frame, allowing for fast, unobstructed removal of the finished rolled parts.
- Integrated Part Support: Comes standard with a manually adjusted overhead material support (up to 52" diameter) and an out-feed calibrating roller to sustain the part on exit.
