Description
Ellis 2000 Mitre Band Saw
Built for fabrication and maintenance teams that cut a lot of steel and can’t afford drift, slow setups, or constant re-clamping. The Ellis 2000 keeps stock in one position for straight and angle cuts, and the head mitres 60° both ways with a built-in protractor for repeatable angles.
Why shops spec the Ellis 2000
-
Faster angle work Set angles quickly with the built-in protractor, then run repeat cuts without chasing setup.
-
Less handling, more throughput Keep stock clamped in one position for straight cuts and mitres—less time reloading material.
-
Controlled cutting on heavy sections Hydraulic feed lets you dial in the cut rate for better finish and blade life.
-
Built for daily production Heavy steel construction—welded and machined for accuracy and durability.
