Ecopoxy FlowCast SPR Premium Casting Epoxy Mixing & Application
- Preparation – Shake Part B thoroughly before mixing.
- Mix Ratio – Combine 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener by volume in a clean, dry mixing container.
- Mix Time – Mix thoroughly for 4–5 minutes to ensure complete blending.
- Pigments – Add EcoPoxy Liquid or Metallic pigments as desired and mix until evenly dispersed.
- Pour Depth – Recommended casting thickness is 6–25 mm (¼"–1") per layer.
- Maximum Pour Volume – Up to 3 L per pour.
- Layer Adhesion – For additional layers, allow the first layer to fully set to touch, then sand with 220 grit sandpaper and clean the surface before pouring.
- Heat Management – For pours deeper than 25 mm (1") or volumes greater than 3 L, perform multiple thinner pours to prevent overheating.
