Ecopoxy SnowWhite EPSWK20‐15L Mixing & Application
- Mix Preparation – Stir the resin component for approximately 1 minute before adding the hardener.
- Mix Ratio – Combine 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener by volume (3.1:1 by weight).
- Mix Time – Mix thoroughly for 4–5 minutes until a consistent blend is achieved.
- Surface Preparation – Ensure the working environment and mold are clean, dry, and free of dust.
- Pour Depth – Recommended casting thickness is 13–38 mm (½"–1½") per layer.
- Maximum Pour Volume – Up to approximately 16 L per pour without additional cooling.
- Layer Adhesion – Pour additional layers while the previous layer is tacky to touch for best adhesion.
- Surface Preparation Between Layers – If fully cured, sand with 220 grit sandpaper and clean the surface before pouring another layer.
