The RBB.4G is a dedicated finishing station engineered to deliver a clean, consistent edge after banding—especially on MDF sheets and similar panel materials. With 4 integrated groups that perform trimming, scraping, and polishing, it takes your edges from “banded” to production-ready with a professional finish you can feel.

Designed for speed and ergonomics, the RBB.4G uses automatic feeding and a fast 56 ft/min (17 m/min) feed rate to keep work moving. It supports panels up to 2-3/4" (70mm) height and edge tape thicknesses up to 1mm. Setup is simple: select your panel, adjust the height, power on, and run the edge through for a flush, deburred finish.
