IMER

Founding: Established in Italy in 1962 as IMER (Industrie Macchine Edili Riunite), starting from two manufacturing companies in Tuscany focused on concrete and construction machinery. Expansion: Grew through key acquisitions and mergers, including absorbing ORU (batching plants) in 1999, L&T (truck mixers) in 2002, and aerial platform manufacturer Iteco in 2006. Global Growth: Expanded internationally with multiple European and Turkish production plants, alongside a dedicated North American presence (IMER USA). Current Structure: Organized into three core divisions: IMER Equipment (mixers, saws, hoists), IMER Access (scissor and spider lifts), and IMER Concrete (batching plants and truck mixers).

For IMER equipment tech support, call the IMER Group main corporate office directly at 800-275-5463 for help with electrical, motor, mechanical, or warranty issues.

IMER publishes downloadable operating, maintenance, and parts manuals for its mixers, pumps, and saws on its manuals page at imerusa.com; for ordering replacement parts, contact an authorized IMER USA dealer or the IMER Group support line at 800-275-5463.

Yes — IMER dealer support typically includes guidance on how to properly operate IMER machines and the materials they're designed to mix, cut, pump, or spray, though in-depth troubleshooting and repair guidance comes directly from IMER Group's factory tech support.

IMER Spin series continuous mixers are designed for on-demand mixing of pre-blended materials like mortars, stuccos, grouts, and self-leveling underlayments — the Spin 15 and 30 can mix up to two 50 lb bags per minute, making them a favorite among flooring contractors and masons who need consistent output without batch mixing.

IMER USA's product range includes concrete and mortar mixers (continuous, vertical shaft, and horizontal shaft models), pumps, and masonry and floor saws, plus — as reflected in this collection — aerial access equipment like scissor lifts and articulated/telescopic lifts, and skid steers.
